Theora Braccialarghe is the Executive Vice President of GRS.  She is located in GRS’ Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.  As Executive Vice President, Theora serves on the company’s executive management team.

Theora has more than 35 years of actuarial and benefits consulting experience.  During her career, Theora has provided services for government plans, church plans covering both churches and schools, tax-exempt organizations, and corporations.   Her expertise covers actuarial valuations and plan design for traditional and hybrid arrangements. Theora also has extensive experience in managing plan administration outsourcing services.

• Served as a General Officer on the Education and Examination Committee  of the Society of Actuaries (SOA)

Theora has spoken at programs for municipal plan trustees and corporate plan sponsors on a variety of funding and plan design topics related to benefit level adequacy and plan sustainability.
